Here’s the origin story: At the end of 2020, I went on a solo retreat high in the snowy rocky mountains. I meditated, showshoed, and had ceremonies for personal and collective healing.
I began each morning writing in my journal. Coffee in hand, cat in lap (yes I traveled with my cats to the mountains, lol).
As I wrote, something started to happen: I began channeling wisdom from beyond my own mind. Downloads of guidance — insights, questions, openings — started to flow onto the handwritten pages of my journal.
These direct downloads of spiritual guidance created the foundation for this book.
I was prompted to explore not only my personal history, the lessons learned and dreams for my future...but our collective evolution.
The directive was clear: Share these messages in an easy to access format that everyone can use to bring their personal dreams and collective contributions to life.
The workbook is long. It takes a chunk of time just to read through, and I recommend several weeks devoted to exploring the pages.
